One of my pet peeves is how when people ask how you're doing everyone's instinct is to say good. I can't tell you how much it fucks with people when they ask how you are and you say shitty as always or bad or not great or I'm not sure. They're so used to just hearing people say good that when they hear something else it fries their brain for a few seconds.
