The 12 Dogs of Christmas is a heartwarming holiday film set during the Great Depression. The story follows 12-year-old Emma O’Conner, who is sent to live with her aunt in the small town of Doverville. The town has fallen on hard times and has lost its Christmas spirit. Emma discovers that the town has a strict “no-dogs” policy, enforced by the Mayor and the dogcatcher.
