Too cool for her family. Too cool for school. And way too cool for Christmas.
A Very Cool Christmas is a family comedy that follows the story of sixteen-year-old Lindsay Deerborne, who is more interested in spending Christmas skiing with her friends than with her family. With only two days left before Christmas, Lindsay informs her parents of her plans, much to their disappointment. Her younger sister, Alexis, is heartbroken at the thought of Christmas without her.
While at the mall, Lindsay and her friend Paige encounter Santa Claus, whom they mock for his outdated appearance. Surprisingly, Santa asks Lindsay for a makeover to rekindle the spark in his marriage to Mrs. Claus. Determined to prove her parents wrong about her selfishness, Lindsay agrees and gives Santa a modern look.
Santa then enlists Lindsay’s help for his Christmas Eve deliveries, promising she won’t miss her ski trip. As they deliver presents together, Lindsay begins to understand the true spirit of Christmas.
