Dark Storm is a sci-fi thriller directed by Jason Bourque. The story revolves around a group of scientists led by Dr. Daniel Gray, played by Stephen Baldwin. They are working on a secret military project involving dark matter, which they have code-named “Eruptor.” This device can supercharge dark matter to alter the molecular structure of its targets, effectively eradicating them.
However, when the Eruptor malfunctions, Dr. Gray is exposed to dark matter, granting him the ability to control the weather. As the device threatens global destruction, Dr. Gray and his team must race against time and fend off greedy weapons dealers to prevent a catastrophe.
