Silent Night, Bloody Night is an American horror film directed by Theodore Gershuny. The story revolves around a series of gruesome murders that take place in a small New England town on Christmas Eve. The plot kicks off when a man inherits a family estate, which was once an insane asylum. As he investigates the history of the mansion, he uncovers dark secrets and a chilling connection to the murders.

The film stars Patrick O’Neal, Mary Woronov, and John Carradine, and is known for its eerie atmosphere and suspenseful storytelling. It has gained a cult following over the years and is considered a proto-slasher film, predating even “Black Christmas”.
